Live performance with De La Soul and Madonna @ The Grammys. I saw Gorillaz in concert with the first album, they've definitely worked on their live show since then. I still can't figure out how Madonna walked behind Murdoc in the clip. Perhaps she's just an animated character, too.

The video must be Joel Trussell's commentary on all the rock bands coming from Scandinavia in recent times. Or is that old history dating back to 2001?
His video for Jason Forrest's track, "War Photographer" is lots of fun. Vikings, guitars, robots, cowbell, what else do you need? Joel has some development sketches on his blog as well. Friday, December 2

I've been sleeping on Strong Bad's latest creation at Homestar Runner.
Teen Girl Squad. No description necessary. Watch and laugh. Thanks, Ted Leo. I've been sleeping on Homestar Runner for awhile. Now I can lose some sleep and catch up. Monday, October 3

Or SE7EN Smurfs. Milk and cookies makes me happy. Although I've never seen SE7EN, I still enjoyed the spoof featuring the Smurfs by Robot Chicken. The Smurfs have also been used to lampoon a specific Internet phenomenon.

Moongirl looks promising. Can't wait to see more. That doesn't look right. Can't wait to see more! But that looks to eager. Suffice to say, this post is here so I remember to return in a month or two. Further inspection shows that Phil Knight (yeah him) is behind this venture. So they probably don't need me attracting attention, they should have some funds lying around. I wonder if they use sweatshop labor in the animation studio.

Headaches, difficulty sleeping, burning eyes. Symptoms of either the latest FDA-approved drug (some people read the diclaimer at the bottom of those commercials), or you've been playing too much Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Yes, it's something I don't want my kid playing (or seeing) until he's older. But it hasn't stopped me. Although if I could find a cheat code to shut off the shooting and the language, perhaps I could show him the fire truck and train missions. The cut scenes, dialogue, voice acting, and storyline have clearly exceeded Rockstar's work on Vice City. And in no way is that a dis. This game is that good. There's quite a few sites out there for hints, cheats, and talk. GTA Warehouse is a good place to start. |
